Customer ServiceThis NVQ is for those working in a customer oriented environment — retail, hospitality, leisure, tourism, travel, health and education. Customer service NVQs are so popular because people with well-developed customer service skills are increasingly in demand by employers. The customer service qualifications have been designed for all sectors — private, public and voluntary — and for anyone whose job has a customer service element, whether their customers are external or internal. Learners complete seven units — two mandatory and five from a selection of fourteen units. The process takes from 3–6 months and can be done at the learner's workplace with the minimum disruption to everyday working. We use Train to Gain funding to provide NVQs across a wide range of industries from health and social care to education and security! Every Learner MattersWe encourage and support all learners, whatever their backgrounds and circumstances to be healthy, stay safe and achieve qualifications in their chosen field. QKL uses an integrated approach to include literacy and numeracy in all its training packages. We risk assess all our venues and check that clear information is given to enable learners with disabilities to be actively involved in all learning experiences. To enrol for this qualificationYou will be allocated a fully qualified and experienced assessor who will support you throughout the programme, assess your competence in the workplace and help you to provide convincing evidence through work products, witness testimonies and questioning. You will be required to attend workshops where we will ensure you have the knowledge and understanding required for the NVQ units, be able to progress on your portfolio and have a tutorial with your assessor.
