NVQ Level 2

These NVQs are for those working in a cleaning job. You may be working in a health care setting, contract cleaning firm or a domestic setting. If you do your job well you should have a qualification to prove it!

Keeping environments clean and safe has received a lot of publicity recently and employers are now looking to have a fully qualified workforce.

Our team offers plenty of help if you need to improve on anything, and encourage you to show your skills and collect evidence to show how well you do your job.

Qualifying in your job will only help increase your opportunities — at work and in life in general

QKL offers this award at level 2 and we will be able to advise and guide you to choose the units that best suit your job. There are no exams and you will be offered training to make sure your skills are up to date and then all the qualification will be done whilst you do your ordinary everyday job.

We use both Train to Gain and ESF funding to provide NVQs across a wide range of industries from health and social care to education and security!

We encourage and support all learners, whatever their backgrounds and circumstances to be healthy, stay safe and achieve qualifications in their chosen field. QKL uses an integrated approach to include literacy and numeracy in all its training packages. We risk assess all our venues and check that clear information is given to enable learners with disabilities to be actively involved in all learning experiences.

To enrol for this qualification

You will be allocated a fully qualified and experienced assessor who will support you throughout the programme, assess your competence in the workplace and help you to provide convincing evidence through work products, witness testimonies and questioning.

You will be required to attend workshops where we will ensure you have the knowledge and understanding required for the NVQ units, be able to progress on your portfolio and have a tutorial with your assessor. On-going telephone and e-mail support will also be provided.
