QKL has worked in a variety of settings, including residential and day care establishments, nursing homes, primary care teams, hospitals and supported housing.

We have expertise in assessing staff who work with older people, people with mental health problems, people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and those suffering from dementia.

Our team of assessors and internal verifiers has a vast experience of working in the care industry and all work full time supporting candidates through their NVQs.

In 2005 we were awarded a "Highly Commended" in the National Accolades for "the most innovative learning resource".

QKL's senior assessor was awarded a medal of excellence from City and Guilds, the Tallow Chandler prize and overall winner nationwide for his work with NVQ candidates.
